I'm having big time server problems lately. Sorry that I've been absent but with Sara Bir posting like a mo-fo I think that things have been alright. Anyhow, hopefully everything will be worked out in the next couple of days or ISR is fitting to leave Godaddy.com and head for greener pastures.. Word that.

    Anyhow, while I was down Mexico way I picked up a gang of bootleg DVDs for like two dollars a pop. Some are great, like dvd quality and some not so great, like Black Snake Moan up there.

    The movie was totally great. Freaking fab but the DVD was shot in the theater which everyone knows is the wackest of all bootleg styles. You don't see people walking in fromt of the screen or anything but it's really bright and the white of Christina Ricci's bare flesh almost blinded me something awful.

    It has previews though, tons of them for like TMNT and other shit that prolly wasn't out yet. They were trailers downloaded off the net. Most of them where from like Atom Films or IGN or whatever... The menu was allright. It was a poster done up with icons leading you to the chapters and the trailers.

    The way that it was all flushed out gave it a kind of pulp movie look to it. Plus the content fits real good in that vein. It's a story about this horny chick who gets chained to a radiator by this cool ass blues musician who with the help of a preacher friend of his sets her on the right path..

    If you happen to be at the big mercado in Mexico City then i recomend picking this guy up. It in someways is prolly a little better all weird looking. After seeing Grind House the other week I'm still in the mood for like, uhm, dirty cinema... Not porn just like GRIND HOUSE SHIT! and Black Snake Moan totally fits the bill.
