Kimbo Slice UFC Bound TUF 10
. So, word to the mother. Kimbo is UFC bound. That's awesome. I know Kimbo is damaged goods after getting all wooped on by Seth what's his face. That totally sucked, but don't worry it's all better now. Kimbo is gonna be on the next version of The Ultimate Fighter. For real, he is.. Totally weird I know but it's all gonna really happen. I mean look at that pic up there... Slice got on the UFC gloves and I totally wouldn't even know how to fake that. I have np Photo Shop skills.
I still like Kimbo. He's not a great MMA fighter and probably won't ever really be but he's a cool character. Kinda' mysterious and all from the streets and shit. I think the sport needs more wacky characters. I guess there are plenty already but most of them are in Japan.
Americans don't really go for wacky stuff though, like maybe a little bit but not as much as overseas. Kimbo is practically custom made to fight in Japan, he eventually may if the UFC thing doesn't work out. I guess in that sense we're lucky that he decided to make a go of it here then.
I really don't think he's going to do all that great though. The UFC doesn't really take it easy on anyone as far as match ups go. It's really sink or swim and I kind of have the feeling that no one is going to go out of there way for Kimbo here. No, I don't really mean that.
Dana's not like Vince Mcmahon in that he feels it necassary to break someone down by having established fighters go over on you before finally accepting you as a WWE talent. Dana's more like once I hire you, you work the UFC now so lets make money together. Vince don't like guys that he didn't create so he destroys you and starts over so he feels he's the one behind your success.
So, he's gonna be on the next season of The Ultimate fighter which is going to be all heavyweights. Only one division with sixteen dudes. I understand that 4 of the dudes are Ex-NFL cats. That's cool. You have to have a certain level of athletic ability to score an NFL pedigree. This should be fun. Big dudes punching each other in the face HARD! In the way that only hyooge as Mo-Fo's can.
