I saw this pretty good show about Soul Train the other day and I saw all these fools doing this dance up there. Don't know why I Googled it but I'm glad that I did. There isn't anything spectacular about the video or anything but the song is great. Funky Penguin by Rufus Thomas,The World's Oldest Teenager and the steppin' is pretty cool too. It's bound to bring your mood up at least a notch or two. If not, watch it again. Again and again.
