I know it's a terrible picture. I was tired. Tired of trying to get the right lighting for a picture of some really little figures. I'll do better next time, maybe. Anyway, I picked up these two little frog men at the Toys R Us the other day. I think they are pretty neat. They came with a grip load of accessories, flippers, harpoon guns, knives, air tank, the whole bit. 

I don't know what use I will have for them except for maybe chasing after the Creature From The Black Lagoon Minimate that I have, the cool glow in the dark one. Still though, that seems kind of fun. It would be cool if they came with a boat of some sort or if there was one available to purchase separately. They need somewhere to jump off their deep sea adventures. 

Overall I give them a thumbs up. So far I am liking the Minimates Max line. They are good army builders and they add a certain degree of realism to your dioramas. I mean, I set up this scene with a bunch of Marvel villians escaping from the clink and it was cool to have some firemen and cops to deal with the pandemonium running wild.
