It's finally here. The big UFC debut on Fox. It seems like I've been hearing about this FOREVER! Like they were in negotiations for this stuff seemingly since the beginning of time. Maybe not that long but at least since Tim Sylvia was champ and that was like 1997 or something.

Anyhow it's finally on. The big fight show that is. Velasquez vs. Dos Santos. Mano y mano, hand to hand in the octagon to determine the world's heavyweight fighting champion. I like this fight a lot. It's sure to deliver some action as both dudes are the not messing around type.

 It comes down to who is going to be able to break the other one's will first. I don't think that Cain is going to have a hard time taking Junior down, I mean it's not going to be easy but he will be able to do it but then the question becomes can Junior get back up and if so how fast and how much energy is he going to burn doing so? 

If somehow Junior can avoid the takedown he has a really good chance to pop Cain right in the grill and one good shot can turn even the mightiest men into mice, know what I'm saying? If Junior can catch a hold of Cain with a powerful punch in the mug all bets are off. It's not like that is going to be an easy task but Cheik Kongo dropped Cain a couple of times and anything Kongo can do I'd have to say Junior Dos Santos can prolly do better right? 

Still though I'm picking Cain in the fight. I think that he is just going to take Junior down again and again till he eventually wears him down. Dos Santos will get up from the first couple but in doing so he is going to lose a lot of calories against a dude who just doesn't wear down. Eventually when he does tire Cain is going to blast him upside the face until the ref stops the fight. My guess is the third or fourth round. It should be fun though.
